a management tool to be able to review CO2 emissions. Aim to
identify current emissions and set targets for reduction.

significant aspects from company operations. |
Currently
ongoing. This is the cornerstone of ISO 14001. The aim is to
identify every significant impact the company has on the
environment. The next step will be to identify how those impacts
can be managed.

Detailed
analysis of company main processes begins. Aspect calculator
formulated and Aspects register initiated. Register of legislation
initiated. |
Each
process such as Tendering, Setting up contracts, Actual Contracts,
Closing down contracts and so on is identified and elements within
each process assessed for any impact on the environment. Aspect
calculator used to assess level of impact so that priority can be
decided upon. Legislation needs to be identified and considered to
ensure company is operating within the law in respect to it's
environmental responsibilities. |

we are actively:
Adding
to Significant Aspects Register. Setting objectives for managing
significant aspects. Researching and regularly updating our
Register of Legislation. Adding to our Documents
Register.
By
the end of April we intend to 1. create and document our process
of dealing with Non Conformities. 2. Create a system
for planning and implementing internal audits of the Environmental
Management System. |
Each
of these processes is an ongoing task. |
